Warranty
All warranty claims must go through the manufacturer.
Watkins warrants the Endless Pools Fitness System Swim Machine and Treadmill to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years. Warranty service is limited to the repair or replacement of any part that is proven defective under normal use within two years of purchase and confirmed as defective by the manufacturer.
What the Warranty Covers:
- Two year warranty on the Fitness System Swim Machine and Treadmill
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Replacement or repair of defective parts as determined by Watkins
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by accident, negligence, improper installation, freezing, alteration, abuse, or misuse
- Flow restrictions or obstructions in water or hydraulic systems
- Damage resulting from improper bonding or improper water chemistry
- pH must be maintained between 7.2 and 7.8
- Total alkalinity must be maintained between 80 and 120 ppm
- Any costs related to labor, removal, or installation
- Any part not supplied by the manufacturer or modified without authorization
